Annexure B: Grievance Redressal Mechanism

We have established a grievance redressal mechanism to address any complaints or concerns you may have.

– You can submit your grievance to us at info@mentalyfit.co.in.
– We will acknowledge your grievance within 3 working days.
– We will resolve your grievance within 45 working days.
